We partner with third‑party retailers and stores to bring Shree Krishna products to you. Returns and refunds are handled at the store where the purchase was made.

Overview

Shree Krishna sells products through independent retailers and online marketplaces. Because we do not directly process most store sales, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the policy of the store or marketplace where you made your purchase.

How Returns Work (Store-to-Store)

  1. Locate the original store or retailer where you purchased the product.
  2. Bring the product, original packaging, and proof of purchase/receipt to that store.
  3. The store will assess the item and, depending on their policy, may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  4. If the store requests assistance from Shree Krishna for a quality issue, we will work with the store to investigate and resolve the matter.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Return eligibility and timeframes vary by store. Please check the retailer's return policy for exact details. As a general guideline many retailers accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
  • Food items are typically accepted for return only if unopened and in original sealed packaging, and within their expiry date.
  • Opened, consumed, or altered food products are usually not eligible for return unless there is a demonstrable quality or safety issue.
  • Always retain your receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process.

Quality Issues & Reporting

If you believe you received a defective or unsafe product, follow these steps:

  • Contact the store where you purchased the item and present the product, packaging, and receipt.
  • If the store requires additional information, please ask them to contact our support team or provide you with guidance on how to escalate.
  • You may also email our customer support at info@skglobalfoods.com with: purchase location, date, photos of the product and packaging, and a copy of the receipt. We will respond and coordinate with the retailer where appropriate.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are administered by the store of purchase and are subject to their processes and timelines. Shree Krishna does not directly issue refunds for purchases made through third‑party retailers unless otherwise arranged between the retailer and our team.

If You Purchased Online from a Retailer

For purchases made via online marketplaces or retailer websites, follow the retailer's return process found on their site. Retailers typically provide return labels and instructions through your order history or customer support portal.
